Frequently Asked Bits and Pieces

It’s totally dependant on what music you like. If you want to experience more indie, electronic and pop- then you’ll receive recent pressings and releases, typically sealed. If you are a fan of 50-60 year old rock, jazz and blues, then you’ll receive conservatively graded and play tested records from the era.

We’ve been in business for years solely as a subscription box business, all of the records we buy in are either not good enough for subscription boxes, or are used. We aim for all boxes to have a median value on Discogs of £30 or more, so our curation comes at no cost to you. However with records, prices can vary (and quite excessively!) so be rest assured we do all we can to make sure the music is not only up your street, but of ample value of the subscription.

We understand that music is subjective, and that means not every record will be a bullseye for your preferences. We hope our choices will open your eyes to new artists or sub-genres (or decades to music!) but if something really is off base and not up your street, send it back to us and we will happily refund you or pop a replacement out in the post for you.

We do our bit for the planet 🌎 mental health 🧘 the music industry 🎫 too.

Giving Records a New Lease of Life

Through sourcing second hand albums and grading conservatively, we're helping create a cyclical economy and giving albums a new home.
